QUALITY POLICY

The management of Bright International General Contracting Est. (BIC) acknowledges the need to perform and maintain a Project QA/QC Program intended for the project.

The overall responsibility for BIC Project Quality Program (QA/QC Program) is of the Projects QA/QC Manager. Assigned QA/QC Project Site Manager/Engineers/Inspectors shall be given authority and independence to perform their roles effectively. Their responsibility is to ensure that customer’s requirements are strictly adhered to and the authority to hold any operation to ensure compliance with the applicable documents for the project such as statutory and regulatory requirements, industry standards and customer specific standard requirements.

In matters affecting the quality workmanship, materials supplied, fabricated and installed, the Project QA/QC Manager or his designs shall not be overruled by the Construction Manager or the Project Manager. When conflict arises between QA/QC Project Site personnel or his designs and other departments relative to the integrity of quality inspection affecting the customer’s requirement, the matter shall be brought to the attention for immediate resolution and appropriate action with the Project Manager and Project QA/QC Manager and when necessary, the Project & Estimation General Manager.

Our Company’s Project QA/QC Department is well organized and independent in performing its duties and responsibilities to implement in full compliance the requirements of QA/QC Program and QC Plan to the satisfaction of our customers.

All employees involved in the project shall be aware of this Quality Program / Quality Plan, and must adhere to the stated requirements. Deviation from the stated methods in this Quality Program and Quality Plan is only permitted after this has been reviewed and approved by the management of Bright International General Contracting Est.

Prevention aspects and by means of effective communication between all parties involved in project operation.

“Safety has and always will be our prime objective”. During our selection process, BIC ensures that selected candidates have enough safety awareness on the job, failing this, and then comprehensive training sessions will be organized.

No operation is so important that it must be done in a manner which exposes the employee to hazardous conditions which could result in harm to personnel or damage to property. Elimination of potential losses will be given top priority by the Concerned Manager.

Environment HealthSafety and Security (EHSS) Policy is a vital attribute to Bright International Co. (BIC) the wellbeing of every employee depends on safety, health and environment. Hence all possible steps are taken to keep the health of every employee practically sound. We always look forward to an accident/incident free atmosphere on the job or off the job at all times.
