QUALITY POLICY
The management of Bright International General Contracting Est. (BIC) acknowledges the need to perform and maintain a Project QA/QC Program intended for the project.
In matters affecting the quality workmanship, materials supplied, fabricated and installed, the Project QA/QC Manager or his designs shall not be overruled by the Construction Manager or the Project Manager. When conflict arises between QA/QC Project Site personnel or his designs and other departments relative to the integrity of quality inspection affecting the customer’s requirement, the matter shall be brought to the attention for immediate resolution and appropriate action with the Project Manager and Project QA/QC Manager and when necessary, the Project & Estimation General Manager.
Our Company’s Project QA/QC Department is well organized and independent in performing its duties and responsibilities to implement in full compliance the requirements of QA/QC Program and QC Plan to the satisfaction of our customers.
All employees involved in the project shall be aware of this Quality Program / Quality Plan, and must adhere to the stated requirements. Deviation from the stated methods in this Quality Program and Quality Plan is only permitted after this has been reviewed and approved by the management of Bright International General Contracting Est.

BIC is committed to provide a safe working environment to both its employees and its clients. We strive to achieve this through a program of continuous education of employees in safety and Loss
Prevention aspects and by means of effective communication between all parties involved in project operation.
No operation is so important that it must be done in a manner which exposes the employee to hazardous conditions which could result in harm to personnel or damage to property. Elimination of potential losses will be given top priority by the Concerned Manager.
BIC has designed a Loss Prevention system to safeguard its employees from accidents and its equipment and materials from damage.
